Pulse and Meshlight Are Live. The Pretty URLs Aren't.
GitLab to Vercel took minutes. pulse.maxwellnixon.com and mesh.maxwellnixon.com still need Namecheap CNAMEs before they resolve.
Homelab Pulse and Meshlight are live. The deploys were the easy part.
I pushed both from GitLab. Vercel picked up the repos, built them, and handed me homelab-pulse.vercel.app and meshlight.vercel.app. Those URLs work. I pointed the homepage, /projects, /now, /status, and the Tesla Hub tiles at them.
What doesn't work yet is pulse.maxwellnixon.com and mesh.maxwellnixon.com. The apex already lives at Namecheap. Vercel will serve those hostnames the moment the records exist — a CNAME for each subdomain, or nameservers if I ever move the zone — but I haven't added them. Until I do, the pretty names don't resolve, and the vercel.app URLs are the real ones.
Git-connected Vercel is a URL in a couple of minutes. A custom hostname is a DNS change I still have to make by hand, in the registrar that actually owns the zone.
